Franco

Franco (George Buza) is a volunteer for the "guardian angels" organization. He lives near Mike Hamar's house and helps to keep Mike on the straight and narrow. Mike and Dalton are able to win a wager against Red with Franco's help.

Franco only appears in one episode in the ninth season, though his actor, George Buza, would later be cast as Dwight Cardiff the following year.
