Kelly Cook (Stephanie Beard) is a network executive who would bring in Red Green for a meeting. She would suggest ways to "modernize" his show to make it more acceptable to younger viewers. Though she looks sweet she has been known to curse like a sailor.

She only appears in two episodes in the tenth season.
