To Do List

1. Get the name of the conspiracy theorist from the first three seasons (Ham radio operator).
2. Get a list of characters and actors for the 1992 season.
3. Decide whether to credit one-shot characters (Network Bernice and Harold, Crystal, etc.)
4. Finish verifying seasons for each character.
   1. Season numbers do not include episodes where the character was merely mentioned.
